How Our Presentation Folders Are Made

In order to become your trusted resource for printed collateral, Folders Unlimited prudently inspects a project throughout the print production process. Once you have submitted files to our team, here is what takes place:

• We review the artwork to ensure: the images are the correct size and color format; bleeds, trim lines, and live areas are properly configured
• A digital proof is rendered and delivered for client review and edits/approval
• Once your project is approved for content, quantity, stock and finishing options - files are sent to our digital press for printing. Our presses are precisely calibrated and rigorously maintained in order to produce sharp images and color accuracy which rivals traditional offset lithography.
• After your project has been printed, the next step is die cutting. The parent sheets with visuals and text are trimmed and scored in order produce the final flat piece.
• Each flat, die cut, printed sheet is run through a machine which automatically glues the pockets and folds the folder to its finished size
• Folders are then packaged for delivery to the customer
